Class-test stipend

Treasury pays student on three desk states: TRY (submitted attempt), PASS (teacher mark), Cert monthly (while certified in field). Not meal/lab/tuition charge-in. Not self-check.

How-to
  1. Enter student id + student paymail; set desk amounts ($X_try / $X_pass / $X_ubi)
  2. TRY: Record attempt submitted → Pay TRY (refuses open / zero-attempt)
  3. PASS: Teacher Mark PASS (ask) or Mark FAIL (grade only, no ask)
  4. Cert monthly: Teacher certifies field → Pay Cert monthly for YYYY-MM while cert active
Integrity stub — Jia Xu Three kinds only: TRY needs submitted-attempt evidence (not open); PASS is desk/teacher grade (not self-pass); Cert monthly needs teacher cert record in field (not client claim). No pay-on-open, no pay-on-fail, no invent faces. Protocol bar until Jia Xu / Cheng Yu stamp settle.
